The App is owned and operated by Speid & Associates, Inc. and developed under the NewCo Ventures® LLC educational program.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

The App may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Account login information

  • Course progress

  • Quiz results

  • Workbook entries created within the App

  • Certificate completion status

The App does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily enter it into workbook exercises.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive or store your credit card information.

4. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used solely to:

  • provide access to the course;

  • remember your course progress;

  • generate your completion certificate;

  • improve future versions of the App;

  • respond to support requests.

    5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not rent your information.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers.

Information will only be disclosed where required by applicable law.

6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect your information.

No Internet system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Course Content

Workbook responses entered into the App remain the responsibility of the user.

The App is intended as an educational resource and should not be relied upon as legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adults and professional users.

It is not designed for children under 18 years of age.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

By downloading or using GP Fundraising Mini MBA™, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

The App is licensed to you for your personal, non-transferable use.

Purchase of the App does not transfer ownership of the course content.

3.Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, exercises, quizzes, course material, branding, templates and educational content remain the intellectual property of:

NewCo Ventures® LLC

All rights reserved.

No part of the App may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, translated, uploaded or incorporated into another commercial product without prior written permission.

4.Permitted Use

Users may:

  • complete the course;

  • download their certificate;

  • use workbook material for their own fundraising activities.

Users may not:

  • resell the course;

  • copy substantial portions of the course;

  • create derivative training products;

  • share login credentials;

  • redistribute certificates.

5. Educational Purpose

The App provides educational information only.

Nothing within the App constitutes:

  • legal advice;

  • investment advice;

  • securities advice;

  • tax advice;

  • accounting advice;

  • regulatory advice.

Users should obtain professional advice appropriate to their circumstances.

6. No Guarantee

Completion of the course does not guarantee:

  • successful fundraising;

  • investor interest;

Some features may change or be removed without notice.

8. Purchases

The App is purchased through Apple's App Store.

All billing is handled by Apple.

9. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.

Refund requests are handled according to Apple's policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speid & Associates, Inc., NewCo Ventures®, and their officers, directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the App.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
